This protocol concerns a statement before witnesses. Only half of the tablet is preserved.
On the obverse, the following six witnesses are listed: Šamaš-aḫḫē-iddin, son of Ninurta-nādin-šumi, Šamaš-pāqissunu, son of Enlil-šumu-iddin, Šamaš-aḫu-iddin, son of Nabû-lē’I, Aplāja, son of Ninurta-uballiṭ, Bēlšunu, son of Aḫu-lūmur, […, son of Lī]šir.
On the reverse the text continues with a report that someone sent them (išpuršunūti) and that they or he did not go (lā illiku/ū) before them (ana pānīšunu). Then direct speech follows (umma), which addresses someone in second person plural: “Pay in full and issue an account with Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš!” (eṭeramma nikkassa itti Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš epuššu). The document ends with the statement that these men did not agree with that (lā imangurū).
