Paraphrase

Bēl-[eṭēri-Šamaš], son of Aplāja, owes (ina muḫḫi) one third of a shekel of silver [with one eighth (bitqu) of impurity], the property (ša) of Nabu-aḫu-uṣ[ur, the son of Nabû-utēr].

In the month […] he is going to give back (nadānu) [this silver], one third of a shekel of silver, the principal amount (i.e., no interest).
