Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš, son of Aplāja, received (maḫir) 12;0.0.0 gurs of dates from (ina qātē) Barbaru, son of Aḫḫē-lūmur, by commission (ina našpartu) of Bēl-rēmanni. This amount of dates was added to (elat) 9;3.2.0 gurs of dates which Barbaru had given to Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš (son of Aplāja) before in exchange for barley (ana uṭṭeti). The dates might be a partial repayment of an outstanding debt.
3 witnesses and 1 scribe: Kalbāja, son of Šamaš-iddin, Bānia, son of Ninurta-ibni, Amurru-ibni, son of Amurru-šarrāni, and the scribe Enlil-uballiṭ, son of Šumu-ukīn. The document includes the clause that the tablet contains his fingernail impressions (ṣupuršu) instead of his seal impression (akî kunukkīšu).
