Paraphrase

Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš, son of Aplāja, and Nādin, son of […] owe (ina muḫḫi) 5;2.3.0 gurs of barley, in exchange (šupeltu) for dates, which are the property of Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš, son of Zarīqu-ēreš. Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš, son of Aplāja, Nādin, son of […] and Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš, son of Zarīqu-ēreš were in a business venture (ana ḫarrāni). The month […] in which they have to pay the 5;2.3.0 gurs of barley back, the principal amount (i.e., no interest), is broken off. Any silver which they have let go out (ušēlû), i.e. which they have used for expenses (ana tēlītu) and which constitutes a claim against their joint business venture. i.e. which is owed by their joint business venture (ana muḫḫi ḫarrānīšunu), they shall jointly pay back.

2 witnesses and 1 scribe: Nabû-milk, son of Batāja, Kutāja, son of Aḫi-Jawa, (and) the scribe Taqīš-Gula, the sond of Rēmūt.
