Nabû-šumu-iddin/Bēl-rībi purchases a parcel with a workshop (bīt šutummi) (and) unbuilt land (kišubbû) from Nabû-ušallim/Bēl-iddin(//Šamšēa) (NU).
The parcel is located in Uruk, in the quarter (erṣetu) of Eanna. It measures 37 x 30 cubits and borders a wide street, a thoroughfare of the god and the king, the workshops of Ibnāya/Bulluṭu and NU and (the property of) Kudurru/Nādinu.
55 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (nabû) as its purchase price (maḫīru, šīmu). It is received with (u) a supplementary payment (atru) of 2;0 of barley. NU relinquishes any future claims on behalf of his household. Non-compliance will result in a 12-fold repayment.
