8 shekels of silver are issued (nadānu) (for) 2 light-colored (BABBAR.RA.MEŠ) waistbands (qablu) for the Wild Dogs (urdimmu) stationed at the Great Gate (bābu rabû).
The paraphrase follows emendations by Paul-Alain Beaulieu (2003, 361).
