Paraphrase

Šamaš-zēru-iqīša/Marduk-šarrani, Governor (šākin ṭēmi) (of Uruk) has paid (eṭēru) a total of 10 minas of silver to Eanna. It is the price (šīmu) of 30 uncastrated oxen, that have been sold to Ea-dayyānu, Governor of the Sealand (šākin tâmti), for 20 shekels of silver each. (The payment is made in form of): 1000 measures of barley with a capacity of 0;1, (thus) a total of 200;0 for the price of 9 minas of silver (according to an exchange rate of) 0;2 (barley for 1 shekel of silver), (and) 1 mina of silver from Marduk-ēṭir/Bēl-šumu-iškun.

Written in the presence of Ninurta-šarru-uṣur, Royal Resident (qīpu).

The date formular is damaged. Restoration of the king’s name based on the incumbency of Ninurta-šarru-uṣur. Šamaš-zēru-iqīša/Marduk-šarrani//Gimil-Nanāya occurs in AnOr 8 2 as Governor of Uruk.
