Paraphrase

Outstanding debt from a deferred payment of a purchase price (“credit purchase”): Ninurta-šarru-uṣur, son of Ekur-zākir, owes (ina muḫḫi) 14 shekels of silver the remainders (rēḫtu) of the purchase price of a female slave belonging to …, the son of … .

In the month addaru (= 12th month) he is going to pay back his debt (nadānu).
