Sale of a female donkey and its foal: Rēmanni-ilī, son of Ninurta-[…], sells (nadānu) a white female donkey
[its] foal to Bēl-eṭēri-Šamaš, son of Aplāja, for 6 shekels of silver. Enlil-šumu-iddin, [son of …], guarantees (pūtu našû) the donkey against any third-party claims, i.e. he warrants that no other person, who brings suit unlawfully (sēḫû), or any claimant (pāqirānu) with a valid claim to the donkey (ina muḫḫīšu) appears (elû).
