Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin (/Nergal-ušallim//Nūr-Sîn, High Priest, šatammu) to Nabû-bān-aḫi (/Ibnāya//Ekur-zākir, scribe, ṭupšarru), “his brother”, reminding him not to be negligent (lā šelû) about the temple service (maṣṣartu), the field of the plowmen, everything else he is responsible for and the work on the boats. The sender requests wool from the wool in the north-wing as well as hides from the goats of the leather dyer for tanning at the storehouse. Should the work on the boats be too much, the sender requests ḫallatu-boats instead. The sender also complains that the recipient had delivered bad dates to him. In the broken end of the letter, dates and a gulēnu-coat (gulēnu) are mentioned.
