Paraphrase

Letter by the king (Nabû-kudurrī-uṣur = Nebuchadnezzar II) to Ninurta-šarru-uṣur (Royal Resident, qīpu), Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) and Marduk-ēṭir (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, Temple Scribe, ṭupšar bīti) (no appellation), urging (i.a., ḫanṭiš) them to measure and have delivered white barley for the regular offering of the deity Zababa and to quickly (ana kapdu) send messengers on their way (ḫarrānu ana šēpē šakānu).
