Paraphrase

Letter by the king (Nabû-kudurrī-uṣur = Nebuchadnezzar II) to Ninurta-šarru-uṣur (Royal Resident, qīpu), Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) and Marduk-ēṭir (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, Temple Scribe, ṭupšar bīti) (no appellation), telling them to quickly (ḫanṭiš) send the lamentation-priests (kalû) so that they arrive by the 5th of Addāru, as they need to perform the ḫarû-offering (ḫarû) on the 8th.
