Paraphrase

Letter by the king (Nabû-kudurrī-uṣur = Nebuchadnezzar II) to to Ninurta-šarru-uṣur (Royal Resident, qīpu), Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) and Marduk-ēṭir (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, Temple Scribe, ṭupšar bīti) (no appellation), urging them (i.a., nubattu lā bâtu) to look for a seal on which the god Ea of (tp)Eridu or (tp)Nēmed-Laguda is depicted, wherever it is, and to have it delivered to the king quickly (kapdu) once it is found.
