Paraphrase

Letter by the king (Nabû-kudurrī-uṣur = Nebuchadnezzar II) to Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) (no appellation), confirming that he received his message about Marduk-šumu-uṣur/Anu-aḫu-iddin and reminding the recipient not to be negligent (lā šelû) about the service (maṣṣartu) of the Eanna, the temple of the sender’s gods, and his work. In closing, he tells the recipient to pray for him to the goddesses of Uruk.
