Paraphrase

Partly broken letter of Nabû-kudurrī-uṣur (= Nebuchadnezzar II, crown prince) to Ninurta-šarru-uṣur (Royal Resident, qīpu), Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) and Marduk-ēṭir (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, Temple Scribe, ṭupšar bīti) (no appellation), informing them that the king has gone to (tp)Ḫarrān with a strong Median army, and telling them that as a sign of loyalty to the king and himself, they should levy all [broken] until the end of month [x]. In closing, he asks whether his […] is guarded and tells the recipients that he will inspect the guards ([lú.]maṣṣartu).
