Paraphrase

Letter of Ṣillaya to Nādinu (= Nabû-nādin-šumi/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu), “his brother” about slaves (lamutānu), the recipient’s servants (ardu) who are digging – the recipient should give them 5 iron spades. Until the spades arrive in the Sealand, the slaves should not be interrupted in their work.
