Paraphrase

Letter or Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti (deputy governor of the Sealand, šanû) (NEN) to Nādinu (= Nabû-nādin-šumi/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu), “his brother”, about a lack of wool, using a phrase that denigrates women. He informs him that he sent Nabû-mukīn-apli and Aḫḫēa, his runners (musaḫḫiru) to him to pick up 2 talents of wool. They should not waste time (nubattu lā bâtu). NEN asks to be sent a letter once they have received the wool.
