Paraphrase

Letter of the Governor of the Sealand (Ea-Dayyānu, šākin māti) (ED) to Marduk-šumu-uṣur (/Nabû-šumu-iškun//Ḫunzû, Governor of Uruk, šākin ṭēmi), informing him that the got his message and telling him to look after his (ED’s) service (maṣṣartu) until ED comes to Babylon, reminding him not to be negligent (lā šelû) about his work (dullu).
