Paraphrase

Letter of Zēria (Governor, bēl pīḫāti) to the Royal Resident (qīpu) and the High Priest (šatammu), “his brothers”, asking them to keep an eye on Šadûnu and that nobody should cause Š trouble (pirku dabābu). He tells them to release Š's allowances (kurummatu) to him which had been held back, and that he will consider this a favor (ṭābtu manû).
