Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-zēru-iqīša to the Royal Resident (qīpu), the High Priest (šatammu) and the Temple Scribe (ṭupšar bīti), “his lords”, conveying changing orders (dibbu) by a Nabû-zēru-ibni about a man named Bēl-iddin (BI), who should come quickly (ḫanṭiš, nubattu lā bâtu) as without him, no-one will give any barley. They now need BI so that the sender can start measuring barley belonging to BI and Šulaya. I closing, he stresses the urgency (ḫanṭiš) complying with this order (dibbu) before it changes.
