Paraphrase

Broken amount of bricks (agurru) to be delivered in return for  a payment  of 10 shekels of silver, 2;0 of barley, 1;0 (?) of beer, 0;0.1.4 of salt, 0;0.1.4 1/2 of cress (saḫlû) and 0;0.0.2 ½ of sesame oil (ellu), property of the Lady-of-Uruk and Nanāya.

The bricks  are owed by Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin/Nabû-dalā, Tattannu/Nabû-balāssu-iqbi and Nabû-ēṭir/Nabû-bān-zēri. They shall deliver them at the ramp (kamāru) of the  (tp)Gate of Wellbeing of Eanna in m.III, in a stack (kīsu), with a suppinu-tool according to the standard size of the brick mold of Eanna. Each bears responsibility for the other. They shall pay the kiṣru-tax and the “life for Bēl” (balāṭ )-tax. 

In the presence of Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Overseer of Eanna (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti). 5 witnesses and the scribe Nanāya-iddin/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Ekur-zakir
