Letter of [PN1] to [PN2], "his brother", about birds, requesting various foodstuffs for them as their fodder (kurummatu). He promises the recipient that he will count the birds if the recipient needs him to. In broken context, the letter mentions fodder (kurummatu) for a rooster (tirugallu), oil and [x] from the palace. After a break, the letter likely quotes a previous message by the sender to the recipient in which he requested a scribe, but the recipient did not send him one. The sender now wants to know why. He also requests that Anu-mukīn-apli and 20 men be sent to him. The text again mentions birds before being too damaged to be read.
