Paraphrase

Letter of Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-Iqīša//Egibi), (temple scribe, ṭupšarru ša Eanna) (N) to Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), (NAI), "his lord", answering a message by NAI about choice-dates (makkasu) and a delivery of 43 in addition to the previous 19 sheep to NAI via Šamaš-zēru-līšir. He also informs NAI that in compliance with NAI’s letter, he tasked Ardiya and Šamaš-erība with the measuring of dates.
