Paraphrase

Gimillu/Balāssu (G), Chief of Levies (rab kiṣri) of the bowmen (qaštu) of the Governor of the Sealand (šākin māti), voluntarily (ina ḫūd libbi) gave (nadānu)

  • Arad-Nabû, a dependant of Aplāya, adult male;

  • Iṣṣur, his brother, adult male, and his 4-year-old son;

  • Mār-Esagil-rēṣûa, a dependant of Nanaya-iddin, adult male; 

  • Ištar-aḫḫē-uṣur, his brother, adult male; 

  • (and) Nanaya-aḫu-iddin/Ardia, old man; 

that had been given (nadānu) to G, in exchange for

  • Nanaya-uṣalli/Ina-ṣilli-Nanaya, the chief of ten (rab ešerti) of the work of (tp)Raqqat-Šamaš; 

  • Nanaya-ēreš/Ina-ṣilli-Nanaya, his brother; 

  • Ištar-lūmur/Ina-ṣilli-Nanaya, his brother; 

  • Ša-Nabû-šū/Ina-ṣilli-Nanaya, his brother;

  • and Nanaya-ēreš, the bowyer (sasinnu),

to Eanna.
