Regarding a field by the Sîn canal (Nār-Sîn) of Šūzubu/Ēreš, a builder (itinnu), which is at the disposal of (ina pāni) Arad-Ninurta/Ninurta-aḫḫē-iddin (AN), for cultivation.
AN subleased it for cultivation for 10 years to Balāṭu/Šamaš-zēru-ibni (B); each has a third of the land. AN and B will share the field’s work duties and and the profits evenly.
B guarantees for the cultivation of the young date palms and the guarding of the land. He will also plow additional 5 sūtu of land anew. The rest of the land, they will plow together.
Whoever breaks the contract will pay ½m silver.
3 witnesses and the scribe Iddin-Enlil/Enlil-zēru-ibni.
