Paraphrase

2 talent 24 minas of silver, temple property, were owed (ina muḫḫi) by Širiktu/Bēl-šumu-iškun/Šangû-Ištar-Bābili (Š) at the settling of accounts (nikkassu). It is now owed by Nabû-zēru-ibni/Aplāya//Rēˀi-sisê (Nzi), Marduk-šumu-ibni/Aqara//Šangû-Ištar-Bābili (Mši), Marduk-bāni-zēri/Arad-Gula//Mukallim (Mbz), and Aplāya/Nabû-šumu-ibni//Miṣirāya (A), payable by m.VIII.

Nzi, Mši, Mbz, A swear a (negative promissory) oath on repaying by the deadline. They vouch for each other.

Marduk-šāpik-zēri, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, will not hold Š accountable (šalāṭu) before then.

15 witnesses (one added at the end), and the scribe Nabû-bān-aḫi//Ibnāya//Ekur-zākir.
