Ištar-šumu-ēreš/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim//Rīm-Anu sells to Silim-Bēl/Arad-Innin//Nabû-šarhi-ilāni a plot of land in the (tp)Lugalirra district in uruk for 1 mina 1 shekel of block silver plus 1 shekel of silver as additional paymnet. The plot neighbors those of Bēl-iddin/Munnabittu, Iddināya/[...], the thoroughfare of the people, and the street of the Lugalirra temple. Standard sales clauses follow.

Purchase of land: B sells to A an empty lot for building in the district of the temple of Lugalirra in Uruk for 1 mina 1 shekel of block silver plus 1 shekel of silver as additional payment (akî pī atar). The tablet is a later copy. The plot measures 13 cubits (7.5 m) on the upper side in the south next to the house of C₁, 13 cubits on the lower side in the north next to the house of C₂, 25 cubits (12.5 m) on the upper front in the east next to a narrow street (sūqu qatnu), a thoroughfare of the people, and 25 cubits on the lower front in the west next to the street of the temple of Lugalirra. Standard clauses concerning payment and excluding litigation on part of the seller and his kin end the operative section. Five witnesses (with many annotations concerning broken names by the copyist) and the scribe (Iddin-Marduk/broken(as stated by later annotation on the document: hīpu eššu)//Ekur-zākir). Addendum: B’s fingernail impression is given as his seal.
