Paraphrase

Nabû-balāssu-iqbi/Nergal-nāṣir//Sîn-leqe-unnini sells to Ištar-šumu-ēreš/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim a date-palm orchard at the (tp)Canal of Rēmūtu, uncultivated land of Uruk, for 1 mina 1/3 shekel of silver plus a broken amount of silver as additional payment. It neighbors the Canal of Rēmūtu, the (tp)Royal Road (ḫarrān šarri) and the plot of Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin/[...]. Standars sales clauses follow. 

Witness list is lost, the scribe [...]/Nabû-balāssu-iqbi//Nergal-nāṣir.

Notes: Nbi's fingernail impressions are used as his seal.

Legacy Paraphrase

B sells to A a date-palm orchard at the canal of Rēmūtu for 1 mina 1/3 shekel [and ½] shekel(?) of silver plus [x] shekels of silver as additional payment (akî pī atar).  It measures 150 cubits on the upper side next to the canal of Rēmūtu, 150 cubits on the lower side next to the “King’s Road”, 100 cubits on the upper front next to a field in the same complex, and 100 cubits on the lower front next to plot of C. Standard clauses concerning the reception of the full price of silver and against further litigation on the part of the seller’s party and kin on pain of paying the price twelvefold end the operative section. Indication of witnesses lost, the scribe ([...]/Nabû-balāssu-iqbi//Nergal-nāṣir). Addendum: B’s fingernail impression is given as his seal.
