Letter of Nabû-ēṭer-napšāti and Sȋn-mukke-ēlip to the High Priest (of Eanna, šatammu), "their lord", about a message about the fishermen of the Eanna that the City Priest (šangû) of (tp)Ur wrote to the senders, accusing them of chasing away the fishermen of the Eanna. The senders (swear by) the gods Sîn and Šamaš that Šamaš-iddin and Bēl-kāṣir (/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim) have been fishing with two rafts for the regular offering of the Lady of Uruk like the fishermen of Sîn. The senders state that they have not imposed on them any more dues than on the fishermen of Sîn, and inform the recipient that since the 15th of m.I, at the second or third attempt, the fishermen delivered fish in the same amount as the regular offering of Sîn, the full amount they were assigned, to the recipient.
