Paraphrase

Letter of Kīnaya (K) to the High Priest (of Eanna, šatammu) and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "his lords", answering a message by the senders about the flock of Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI) that was led away by Nādin-aḫi (NA). K states that NA gave the herd back to NAI, but that NA is now sick. K then requests information from the recipients and suggests an alternative way of action, but the end of the letter is too broken to be read.
