Bānia/Nabû-iqīša (B) has sworn by Bēl and Nabû that he (or: something?) will be present (kamāsu) in Uruk by the end of m.IV. Else (i.e.: if this is not the case), [...] has sworn by Bēl and Nabû that he will mark Bʼs [...] and receive (maḫāru) from him (i.e. B) 20 shekels of silver annually for the work for the Lady of Uruk.
The rest of the text is largely destroyed (or erased). Most of the list of witnesses and the date form are not preserved.
