Paraphrase

16 minas, 13 shekels of silver, of the working materials (ḫāṭu) assigned to Bēl-ibni, are placed at the disposal (ina pāni) of Mardukā for the coating (mandītu) of a carrying pole (of a divine statue; tallu).

Note that this text, dated to the 1(+x?) II of the accession year of an unnamed king, for prosopographical and chronological reasons, must be assigned to the accession of Nabopolassar, or rather, to a brief period of uncertainty at the very beginning of Nabopolassar’s rebellion against Assyria.
