Paraphrase

Letter of Sîn-nādin-aḫi and Nabû-bēlu-uṣur to Nabû-mukīn-zēri, (/Nādinu//Dābibī), High Priest (šatammu), and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the Royal Resident (sic!, qīpu, should be Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, "their brothers", about 1000;0 of barley of Sîn which are in the Eanna and which should be made ready on the (tp)Ḫarri-kippi-canal. At the quay of Sîn, a station on its route, it is held back. The senders inform the recipients that they have (already) written a message about this and that they will have the barley delivered upstream to Babylon. In closing, they inquire after the recipients’ decision (on making the barley available at the (tp)Harri-kippi-canal).
