Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI) (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) to the High Priest (šatammu, Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī), "his brother", about deliveries (to the palace of (tp)Abanu in the Sealand) and their importance and urgency (lā šelû, kapdu), cautioning him about the conditions on the way there. NAI requests information about an Innin-zēru-ibni (?) and silver and wool for his workers, as well as more workers, be they hirelings or workers from (tp)Raqqat-Šamaš. NAI complains about his work as well as (royal) pressure through an agent (bēl piqitti).
