Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-aḫḫē-iddin (IAI) (chief of oblates, rab širki) to Nādinu (N) (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi) (temple scribe, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his father", complaining that the temple prefers Bēl-gimlanni (oblate, širku) over him, a man who is ruining IAI’s family. IAI requests three goats for Nanaya-iddin (/Nabû-[x]) and Šumu-ibni (/Ina-têši-ēṭir) (likely chiefs of fifty, rab ḫanšē) from his own obligation. IAI also states that the High Priest is mad at him.
