Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-aḫḫē-iddin (chief of oblates, rab širki) to Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI) (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) (NAI), "his lord", requesting 500;0 of barley on the (tp)Ḫarri-kippi-canal via Zēria/Nanaya-ēreš (possibly //Kidin-Marduk, herdsman and chief of flocks, rab būli), whom he sent to NAI because they owe a lot of barley and have no allowances (kurummatu) for the workers.
