Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-aḫḫē-iddin (IAI) (chief of oblates, rab širki) to the Royal Resident (qīpu, Anu-šarru-uṣur), the High Priest (šatammu, likely Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī), and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "his lords", about men he equipped with a KUR.RA-garment, šir’am-garments, silver, shoes (mešēnu), and leather bags (nūṭu) to be sent to (tp)Taḫmakka. IAI has already sent 4 workers and a boat there from m.I to m.IV. IAI requests 500;0 barley from the recipients via ship delivered through Innin-zēru-ibni (likely /Ina-tēšî-ēṭir, cattle fattener, oblate, širku) and Šamaš-udammiq (likely /Ina-tēšî-ēṭir, oblate, širku, scribe) to settle a debt. IAI complains about work and informs the recipients that he took 300 beams (gušūru) in (tp)(Ālu-ša-)Bīt-ṭābiḫi. The letter concludes with a request for 30 minas of wool.
