Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-aḫḫē-iddin (IAI) (chief of oblates) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi), Kīnāya (= Ištar-mukīn-apli/Zēria), Balāṭu (/Sîn-ibni//Rēˀi-alpi) and Mūrānu (/Nabû-bāni-aḫi//Ekur-zākir) (temple scribes, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his fathers", requesting wool, salt, cress and oil for craftsmen via Zēria (Z), a man he sent to the recipients. He urges them to comply (kapdu, ḫarrānu ana šēpē šakānu) and to also give Z the same goods for the runner (musaḫḫiru) of Amurru-rāˀim-šarri and Šalām-ilī.
