Paraphrase

Letter of Anu-šarru-uṣur (AŠU) (Royal Resident) to to Nādin (/Bēl-aḫḫē-Iqīša//Egibi), Kīnāya (= Ištar-mukīn-apli/Zēria) and Mūrānu (/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Ekur-zākir) (temple scribes, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his brothers", requesting 200;0 barley from the recipients because creditors collected his previous delivery of barley by Ištar-zēru-iqīša (IZI) in its entirety, a fact which he stresses. The barley should quickly (kapdu) be delivered in 2 portions by 3 different people, 200;0 via Ubār and Šadûnu (chiefs of fifty, rab hanšē) and 500;0 via IZI. He stresses the urgency of taking action (kapdu, ḫarrānu ana šēpē šakānu), and that the chiefs should come to him on the 1st of m.VII for work.
