Paraphrase

Letter of Anu-šarru-uṣur (AŠU) (Royal Resident, qīpu) to the High Priest (šatammu) and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "his brothers", informing them that their men have crossed a river and requesting 60 shoes (mešēnu), 60 leather bags (nūṭu) and waterskins (nādu) and 7 excellent donkeys.  A messenger should quickly (kapdu) be sent on his way for this (ḫarrānu ana šēpē šakānu). AŠU also tells the recipients to give the allowances and wool for a runner (musaḫḫiru) to Ilu-dannu-aḫḫē-ibni.
