Paraphrase

Letter of Anu-šarru-uṣur (AŠU) (Royal Resident, qīpu) to the High Priest (šatammu), "his brother", informing the recipient that he should have 200;0 of barley delivered though Ubāru and Šadûnu (chiefs of fifty, rab ḫanšē) who are coming to AŠU. The two should also deliver oil, salt, cress and wool for 60 people for two years as soon as the accounts are settled (nikkassu epēšu). He informs the High Priest that he has already received 3;0 sesame from it. AŠU stresses the urgency (kapdu) to take action (ḫarrānu ana šēpē šakānu) as the two chiefs of fifty will go down for work on the 1st of m.VII.
