Paraphrase

Anu-šumu-līšir/Nabû-aplu-iddin (AŠL), a rab banê of the Lady of Uruk, Nanāya, and Bēlṭu-ša-Rēš, delivered rotten (bīšu) dates and pomegranates for the meal of the Lady of Uruk, thereby causing a disruption of the service. Zēria/Ibnāya//Egibi (Z), the High Priest of the Eanna (šatammu), placed AŠL in chains and sealed the dates and pomegranates he had delivered. Z, together with the scribes of the Eanna, had to provide replacement dates and pomegranates from the Eanna.

8 witnesses and the scribe Nādin/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi

Notes

One of the rare documents of an actual failure to present offerings. The careless prebend-holder is held in prison while the corpus delicti is officially sealed by the temple authorities.
