Paraphrase

Gimillu/Aḫulap-Ištar, Šamaš-zēru-līšir/Šamaš-šumu-līšir, Marduk-nāṣir/Rēmūtu//Adad-šumu-ēreš, the assessors (ēmidu), Lūṣi-ana-nūri/Nabû-aḫḫē-bulliṭ(//Dābibī), Balāṭu/Mušēzib-Bēl and Nabû-aḫu-iddin/Ḫarmaṣu, the scribes, were sent by Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Overseer of Eanna (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), Gabbi-ilāni-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Resident (qīpu) of the Eanna, and Zēria/Ibnāya//Egibi, the High Priest of Eanna (šatammu) and with his son Kīnāya, and Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi, scribes of the Eanna, to measure the arable lands of the ploughmen (ikkaru) and estimate the impost (imittu) of the sharecroppers (errēšu) in all the irrigation districts (tamirtu) of the Lady of Uruk. 

The assessors and the scribes swore by Bēl, Nabû, the Lady of Uruk, Nānaya, by Nabonidus and his son, Belshazzar, that concerning the arable land of the Lady of Uruk and the rents (sūtu) of the ploughmen and the sharecroppers, they will do nothing to cause negligence, will make the yield estimation for everything which can be harvested and make the complete rents enter in the Eanna.
