By m.III Marduk-šumu-ibni/Bēl-erība//Dannēa (MŠI), member of the priestly assembly (kiništu) of Eanna will bring (f)Sikkû/Sūqāya//Bāʼiru ((f)S) to Babylon and hand her over to her father Sūqāya, as he promised Anu-šarru-uṣur, Royal Resident of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI), Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna. S had stayed (in Uruk) with Zēru-ukīn/Nabû-kāṣir//Arrabtu (ZU) for 10 months as an unmarried woman (nārtu), before MŠI took her out of ZUʼs house in Cyr. 06 m.I.
S shall not live with MŠI. If he takes her as wife (ana aššūtu rašû), he will bear the penalty (ḫīṭu) of Gubāru. If she stays with him as his wife, she will receive the mark of female slavery. Her statement in the assembly (puḫru) is lost in a lacuna.
5 witnesses.
