Paraphrase

Of 22 talents of wool worth 5 minas of silver given (nadānu) to the High Priest (šatammu) in Babylon for work (dullu) at the palace(?), 5 talents of wool were received (maḫāru) from Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti/Ša-Nabû-šū for (or: from?) 30 plowmen (ikkaru) for the work of Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin/Šumu-iddin.

9 shekels of silver, purchase price (šīmu) for 4;0.1.3 dates [...].

 

The name of the king in the date (Nbk?) is not clearly visible.
