Necklaces of the Lady of Uruk and of Nanāya, as well as gold frontal rosettes of Bēltu ša Rēš, were given to the craftsman (ummânu) for repair (ana batqi):
1 necklace (composed) of 88 pomegranate-shaped breads (nurmânu) of banded agate (pappardilû) (with) gold mountings (mandītu), 88 gold links (kurṣû), a bead of carnelian (sāmtu) and a bead of turquoise (ašgikû) in the middle, (all) held between 2 gold knobs (pingu) on a linen string (ana DUR GADA.ḪI.A ṣabit). Total (of the jewelry) belonging to the Lady of Uruk.
1 necklace (made of) 71 pomegranate-shaped beads of banded agate (with) gold mountings (and) 71 gold links, held on a linen string. A second necklace (made of) 58 pomegranate-shaped beads of banded agate (with) gold mountings (and) 118 gold links, held by 2 end pieces (pingu) on a gold wire (guḫaṣṣu). Total (of the jewelry) belonging to Nanāya.
2 frontal rosettes (ayyaru) of gold belonging to Bēltu ša Rēš, missing (maṭû) from it are 3 catches (sanḫu) and 1 melon-seed-shaped bead (zēr qiššê); 21 sun-disk ornaments (šanšu) belonging to Bēltu ša Rēš. Total of (the jewelry of) Bēltu ša Rēš.
Notes
The frontal rosette is mentioned again in VS 20, 127, an inventory of jewelry belonging to the Lady of Uruk, Nanāya, and Bēltu ša Rēš.
