Paraphrase

2 minas 10 shekels of processed (gamru) (iron in the form of) 1 iron dagger (patru parzillu) (for) cleaning (peṣû) work (dullu) and 52 shekels (in the form of) 1 iron maqqāru-chisel; a total of 3 minas 2 shekels of processed iron were received (maḫāru) from Mušēzib-Bēl/Nabû-zēru-iddin. (The) iron maqqāru-chisel is at the disposal (ina pāni) of Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the smith (nappāḫu).
