Paraphrase

7 minas 20 shekels of processed (gamru) iron (parzillu) (in the form of) 5 iron daggers (patru), which are (his) iškāru-obligation, were received (maḫāru) from Mušēzib-Bēl/Nabû-zēru-iddin.
