[ca. 6 ½] shekels of gold (ḫurāṣu) for … gold lion (ornaments) (nēšu) of the lubār mēṭi-headdress of Bēltu-ša-Rēš; 1 19/20 shekels of gold from the repair (batqu) box (šaddu); in total 8 11/24 shekels of gold for repairs are at the disposal (ina pāni) of Ištar-šumu-ibni and Bēl-ibni, the goldsmiths (kutīmu).
Notes:
l.3: For the lubār mēṭi-headdress cf. YOS 24, 37 and Quillien 2022, 525.
l.1: The amount of gold may have slightly exceeded 6½ shekels; based on the other amount given in the text, it may have amounted to 6 61/120 shekels.
l.8 (Ištar-šumu-ibni and Bēl-ibni): The same goldsmiths as in YOS 24, 1:6; 3:4–5; 9;1–2; 36:3–4; 53:5; YOS 6, 3 and Sack, CD, 6; cf. YOS 24, 37. Ištar-šumu-ibni is attested alone in YOS 24, 52:3.
