Paraphrase

1 mina 4 ¼ shekels of gold (ḫurāṣu) for the repair (batqu) of the pedestal (šubtu) of the Lady-of-Uruk is at the disposal (ina pāni) of Ištar-šumu-ibni and Bēl-ibni, the goldsmiths (kutīmu).

Notes:

l.4–5 (Ištar-šumu-ibni and Bēl-ibni): The same goldsmiths as in YOS 24, 1:6; 4:8, 9;1–2; 36:3–4; 53:5; YOS 6, 3 and Sack, CD, 6. Ištar-šumu-ibni alone is attested in YOS 24, 52:3.
